This one has been debated before in various guises and our stance continues to be that we are not here to enforce how some companies would like the law to be interpreted.

But we will of course respond to legal notices as we can't actually put the whole forums systems on the line over these issues.

This particular case seems especially silly,  a group of enthusiasts updating old (or new for that matter) calculators are doing no harm to anyone.
