It is overall_header.html you will need to edit.
Where you need to put it, depends on where you want it. I advise people to learn a bit of html, that will make things make much more sense when you look at a template file. |

Have you actually copied overall_header.tpl to an editor, and searched for "faq" and "search"?
I won't pretend that even then it is totally easy, as you do need to know a bit of html, and you do need some common sense to figure out what the statements like <!-- IF S_DISPLAY_SEARCH --> do, but whilst not easy it is also not rocket science if you put the effort in, and if you take case to use the "editor" user and user templates to make sure you can test things safely. If you don't learn these things and want to make template changes, then in effect you will be asking us to tell you exactly how to do each edit, and even then will make mistakes as without some understanding you are still liable to get confused. |
