Firstly I want to add onto the topic that was last made, and locked. Dom.1994 knew he was trying to copy my forum. He made quite a few topic asking about my forum about where and how it was made, the template(s), and how to make the actual forum. We found out that it was for another SSForum so told him to stop asking and to come here instead. I provided many links before but my post for some reason was deleted - twice.

No legitimate complaint is deleted from here, and the logs show no suggestion of any such deletion.

You should ban his account for spamming in the first instance.

If there is then a pattern of rejoining then action can be taken.

I know admin, you dont like me contributing to anything on this forum or posting here at all, however I must add to manutdrul3's complaint, that this forum is constantly advertising and spamming with these messages, through my email, PM's on forums, (Not just on swapitshoplounge but others too that arent hosted with you).

Sorry dom.1994 if your reading this, I dont usually bother forwarding the spam PM to the admin of whatever forum its on, but ive got fed up of receiving them and hearing about your forum. This must be at least the 5th time it has been a problem.

I deleted both posts as the complaint was made then dealt with. Any new posts were just digging up dirt for the sake of it.

The forum had a 2nd life it had to stick to the rules or be suspended again, end of thread spamming just to pick minor holes was in my opinion not helpful , so were removed.

The new topic was removed for the same reason, we deal with serious complaints and when dealing with them having a witch hunt going on at the same time is not helpful.

Could i please add im my defense what aron did is nothing to do with me

he was not an mod on my forum then

after i found out i dleted him

also aron knows my password to ssd which is also the same for ssl

could you please check the ips as i was not on ssl this morning as i have been at my dads house

aron is trying to get back at me as i de modded him from my forum

now it has lead to m being banned from ssl which i like and have made over 1500 posts

and once again (this time not my fault) my forum being suspended

aron knows that if he advertises my forum tha my account would be banned so he muct of been on my account

if admins would like i couldd possibly get a msn chat whit me telling aron that he had been de modded and he started to swear and insult me and said that i will get you back

my account was used to do the spamming but it was no me on that account could you check my ip to the one that was used when spamming

i have also just found this on ssl why would i ask to be banned when i have made so many posts

Is there any way in which this could be checked to prove it was not me on my account at that time

Your accounts are your responsibility. If you don't even keep to basic password security on accounts then it hardly sounds like you can take ownership responsibility for a forum.

I invite the opinions of the myff mods on this situation.

Anyone else unless you have some new fact to bring to the table, please don't post.

Not a mod, but something to note:

If you review how he types here and on his own forum then compare with the private messages that his account sent out they're definitely not by the same person, it does seem to me that someone else had access to his account.

i Know i was stupid to let him have my pasword he said he could sort out  tokens and yes i suppose its my fault

i am unhappy about being banned from ssl but can see it is for the best for everone so im gonna stay away and join anouther ss forum to sell my swaps

in regards to my forum what will be haping with it ? it is at your descresion and up to you if you belive what i have said or not .

yes  let my password be know i thought that i couls trust the person i gave it to as at this time they were a mod on my forum

Adam was admin i did not know about all what happend

I heard a rumor from anouther member .

I then posted on ssl to get a explanation but as it was to do with my forum the response i got from jay (the one posing this topic) was go away basically and he locked the topic.

I could not fing out but he tried to explain but then i was told it has happend more than once so i de admind him.

Overall my choice of staff was not good but as i did not know what they were like i didnt know.

Already settled... But my own input...

If you give someone else access to your account, then you are liable for all actions they take whilst on that account.

You are responsible for all of your accounts and all action taken on all of those accounts.

If someone needed access to manage the tokens, they could be given administrator access on their own account.  So in my opinion, if you gave him access to your account, and they do anything against the T&C or forum rules then you are held liable and it is on you to relay anything to them.

So any way you look at it - I would say you are the one that needs to take responsibility for this.
