This evening, whilst surfing, I found a forum http://thechatzone.myfreeforum.org/index.php that had stolen images from my forum http://chatterbox.myfreeforum.org

I know the images themselves are not my copyright, but it did take me an age to figure out how to put them on my site etc.

This forum (mentioned above) had directly copied the links from my forum and placed the images on their index page, without even bothering to upload to his/her own forum.

My solution.. change the images
Rightly or wrongly, I think it's only fair that this admin should not be allowed to directly copy anything from anyone else's forum to enhance his/her own.

So now, if you look at the index page of http://thechatzone.myfreeforum.org/index.php you will see that I've left the admin a little note.

I like it

But 2 things

1. you are using a tm windows logo isn't this what you were complaining about.

2. make the picture really huge twice as big this will get their attention even more
