This moderator "Tigerlily" has chosen to present this slander, including my whole real name. She is fully aware that it has no relevance to reality, nor to the forum she posted it in, and seems clearly intended for no other purpose than to damage my reputatation and standing withing the local community.

I would like this slander to be deleted.

The comment is far from legally defendable as the moderator in question is fully aware that it is a copy and paste from one of several malicious "hate sites" set up about two years ago by an (unidentifiable) woman who has been stalking me since 2006.

In posting the text on a forum where it has a far more direct and local context, the (easily identifiable) moderator in question is assuming legal responsibility for it, and any damage to my person or reputation resulting from it.

Because of  other events and similarities I am now considering the possiblity that the moderator in question may well be the original author, and as such, dirctly responsible for further slander and defamation.

If you have a problem contact a lawyer, if they believe there is a legal case have them contact the admin here and he'll sort it out, otherwise put up with it. This is the internet, it cannot be policed and controlled, if someone says something you dislike either ignore it or contact a lawyer, you cannot expect the admin here to decide what is and isn't allowed on a case per case basis, he has a lot of other things to do.

Our stance is to ask the forum owner to take responsibility for potentially defamatory content.

If they fail to remove the material or supplied us with their legal details, then the site will be taken down.

This was totaly wrong and its a shame this msg came to my trash and I only found today. Person above clearly stated to be removed from the site, was told to suspend account and wanted no more to do with it. The site was created to help many on the autistic spectrum, and due to personal reasons I have not been as active as I would have liked to have been. I am saddened by this, and if there was such a problem why was I not contacted before it was reported here. Im sure the website is gone now, and everything over the past few yrs :/

The question still remains. If the site owner stands by the post, we need their full identity details so they can be liable for legal responsibility.

I have not seen the post regarding this issue, I cant do anything about it. Your e-mail came to my trash can, ive only seen it now and I am responding.

What is this about full identity details? I am pretty sure you have no right to my personal information, if I am misimformed please show me something stating that you can have it.

We do not run an service that lets you anonymously defame people. If your forum is defaming people then you must give your details.

If you explicitly confirm on this thread that you will remove the offending posts then I will reinstate the forum.

I want to state, unambiguously, that I have no problem with this forum being reinstated.

My only problem is with the forum being abused to post defamation for the sole purpose of damaging my standing and reputation within the local community.

The fact that I had, and have, no further wish to participate in, be associated with, or even endorse, this particular forum makes it even less appropriate to post named defamation of myself, safe in the knowledge that I will not, and, indeed, cannot, refute it in any informal way.

I do not, in all conscience, see how defamation (or even mention) of myself could possible accord with Ashling's stated intention to "help people".

However, if it is the case that she was completely unware of the defamatory post (posted Friday October 10) and is willing to delete it now, and deal promptly, and effectively, with any recurrance, I would certainly be happy with that and I am sure that all legal obligations will have been properly discharged.
