Don't be fooled that google get it all right though, I have been trying to help today with a site whose ranking in google is now lower than a "porno frame spam" of their main page 
Not been much help  partially I think as the nasty little stomach bug I have had since last night has laid me low.

I'll hold a bot hostage. They wont add my linkexchange forum for some reason. Try in google linkexchange.myfastforum and youll see i have links but no direct links. Time to catch a bot
