Sell back To Shop Trouble's

My shop is setup through your guides"Thanks You"
The problem is, when i try to sell back a item then go to my forum to see if  the
item is gone ,but  yet it's still display that i have it.

On the Sell Back Items page. should the Buy button be there Or Sell.

Can we see a screen shot of the shop portal settings.

Both the core settings and the setting for the item that has the problem.

ok um... here is the step by step of what happens after i buy a item, then want to sell it back

this is the regular "BUY" Screen
i'll be clicking on "Sell back to Shop" Button



Now As You Can See I'm On The Sell Back To Shop. (Look At Address)"
Ok I Own the item now i will click the BUY" button.
*does this look correct?




Now I'm At Checkout?
anyways i click "checkout "after putting "1" in the amount.



now it takes me here then i click submit


it say my shop basket is empty?
so i think that it's gone. So i go to forum and check

Pretty thorough there, but missing the way the item is defined in the SHOP portal.

It all looks okay.

Can you tell me if when you do a sell back the funds change correctly. e.g. do you one

1) Get the money, but not have the item count decrease.
2) Get neither the money or have the item count decrease.

I Found Out The Problem!!

The Fix Was Easy. Lol. It was called "Patience" lol
I think it just Need a couple of hours to make the changes.

Scratch that didn't work : ( ok so i' had jus tried waiting a couple of hours after i press sold the item
but it is still showing on my forum. very odd
i don't get it... i checked all the sources and htmls and still don't under stand why it won't display.
is it possible something is disrupting the Portals?

i'm sorry completely flew by this your post lol

i get the money back,but not have the items count decrease/subtracted from the forum. But on the shop page,
After Clicking "view bucket" it shoes that, it's has been decrease/subtracted in there..

So by the looks of it this is a display error because the profile fields have not been reread when the shop template gets redisplayed.

Serious but not terminal. I am going to have to ask you to be patient on this one, this code area has been altered as part of another change and so can't be sorted until those changes are deployed at the weekend.
