yes, no matter how you look at it its breaking T&C. A good site follows rules of the game not encorages them to break it. Also if it gets big and stay the way it is Jgex themselves will report it. Use the search and find a thread called rs2cheating.myfreeforum.org and it proves it. |

The adverts do not break the rules. The person answering the adverts maybe if they buy and use no law says you can not advertise. |
