RAWCONTENT component

Showing a forum post using "rawcontent" instead of "content" will only display the actual post itself. No subject line, date, author etc.

This is key to writing web pages with the portal.

So this is a do not edit portal?

As I have said elsewhere I'd like to use a portal as an intro page using switch's, which portal would I be editing to make this possible as I don't want to go deleting any of the required portals content making them un-useable.

I know you've said there is a mutate-able portal, which would allow us to fill it how we so wish, but which would that be?

Well the idea is that the main portal pages.

http://www.myforum.myfreeforum.org/

uses components like RAWCOMPONENT via LINKSMENU links, to show things more in web format. e.g. not as forum articles to be replied to.

I think it will get plainer when I or someone has actually created a decent example site using the components.

Symon?

It really ain't fair to expect anyone else apart from me to chart the way here. it is such a shame that a lot of the time at the moment is being wasted on firefighting the scumbags intent on abusing the system.

I tend to prefer working on a single thing at once, and thse morons are not making finding the time to spend a clear day on a portal example site easy.
