I'm looking at signing up with you for forum hosting but before I do then I have a question.

Is the advanced BBCode Box available with PHPBB3?

I want to go to PHPBB2 rather than 2 and my current host as the sort of advance code box shown in this support forum.

If someone could answer then I can decide what I'm doing

We have not installed an advanced code box for phpbb3, and still in general recommend phpbb2.

phpbb3 is still being heavily developed, and we are only adding our own bits when the short coming of phpbb3 are too painful to tolerate. If we go to much out own way at the moment we will end up with a forums system that is not compatible with future improvements to phpbb3.

I still say that unless you have a very good reason to want phpbb3 then stick with phpbb2, it is easier to use and we have so many features on it that are actually of more use than the phpbb3 features we don't have.
