Portals slow to reactNoticed the past couple days the info shown in portals is slow to change, also when i change their parameters it takes anything up to a hour for the the changes to take effect, I have not changed any of the coding for any of my portals, the portals in question are latest & popular.

POPULAR is indeed set to Cache for an hour, just how often do popular topics need changing.
LATEST is set to Cache for a minute. Is this too long?
The new caching does save a lot of server load.
