PM When Transferring Cash!

Hi

i was wondering if anyone could help me. I'm trying to set up the feature where it PM's you when you donate/recieve cash. I used the HOWTODOIT guide, but for some reason is still isn't working. I took a screenie so anyone could tell me if i've done something wrong.

Here it is

Thanks, i need some help asap please.

That looks correct. Can you set the debug option on the XACTIONS portal and tell us what it says when cash is transferred.

How do I do that? (Sorry, i'm not brilliant with this sort of stuff, I'm only 12 so...)

THere is an option at the top of the portal.

But have you linked the portal  ACTION to the XCASH/XTRANSFER portal?

Chances are that that is the problem.

The transfer simply does not run the ACTION at all.
EvanP

By "linked the portal" you mean this right?

admin (no pm's please)

That does look right.
EvanP

So what do I do now? Could i set up an account for you to go and have a look? If that's ok with you i'll set it up now and PM you the password.

It seems to be falling on death ears, we don't do the work for you.

Use the debug option on the portal and tell us the output when you transfer cash.

Sorry mate.

Here is EXACTLY what it says:

This is failing at the trigger level. A bug in the portal plainly is not recognising admins/mods under phpbb3.

This will be fixed tomorrow.
EvanP

Can't you do it tonight? I don't mean to sound rude, but it's really bugging me.

?????

Do you really think that sort of childish stamping of feet on a Saturday night make anyone the slightest bit inclined to help?
EvanP

Was i stamping my feet? No i wasn't. I asked if there was any possibility it could be done tonight, obviously there isn't.
admin (no pm's please)

Two impatient posts after you have been given an answer of tomorrow is childish. Do you know how long it take other systems to react?

As it happens a fix is in, but no fix was necessary, the transfer cash portal does not have any user level limits, so the fact that you have placed an admin/mod level limit on the action called after the transfer is really your problem.
EvanP

Sorry to waste your time, i was up until about 5am this morning and i finally sorted it. But no, it wasn't my fault, i used the HOWTODOIT guide and followed every single thing in there except the PM text.
admin (no pm's please)

If a guide is wrong then give a clear link to the guide.
EvanP

Look at the 2nd screenshot. I followed that, it says put the Trigger Member as Mods and Admins, but you don't, your meant to put it as All.

thank you, that has been amended.
