When I get notice of a PM I get a very strange message from apparently many people. (see attachement)

Is there just a way to say new message from "name of forum" without all the multiple emails. ?

What are the email settings in admin/configure and the EMAILBOUNCE portal?

I have never seen that before.

I have just been doing some testing for a while on my test forum as well and this is doing the same.

I have the standard settings and not touched the portal settings

but in the admin email address I had put a text string rather than an real email address.

I think this maybe the problem, having put a valid looking email address in, I now do not get the from multiple users.
