Have just installed phpbb3 and started converting it.
First observations.
1) Forums permissions, still look darn right daunting.
2) When you are in the admin panel, there seems no place to click to actually get to the actual forum.
This latter point may not phase people reading here, but it could be a simple brickwall issue for a real beginner.
