PhpBB2: TRIGGER macros now available to MODACTIONs template
Previously the TRIGGER type macros like {MODACTIONS_TRIGGER_USERNAME} were not available within the template, so you could not construct the private messages or whatever using them, you had to rely on the portal private message macro substitution.
