Phpbb2: Post comment featureNOT INSTALLED YET
This is part of the WIKI system in one sense, but has application elsewhere.
Much like there is a portal to allow comments on users, there is now also a portal to allow comments on individual posts.
Like almost all portals you can copy the portal. So for example you could have one set of comments from a portal called "CONSTRUCTIVECRITICISM" and another called "DESTRUCTIVECOMMENTS".

When you click on show comments a frame opens within the post:
There is a simple delete option, but no editing option on comments. After all this is not intended as a substitute for actually replying to a post.
