phpbb2: Add an automatic flag in topics/profiles
Edit the userinfo portal and link it to a profile field called say FLAG.
Make the profile field image link:
/ranks/ccflags_medium/{FLAG}.png
Somewhere in a template have {MYFF.USERINFO), if need be blank out the cms_userinfo.tpl template, by editing it, and removing all the text.
