it will get very silly if people get away with this, okay it may be unfortunate for people who have an accident that may not be entirely their own fault, but I'd rather live with that than a litigation culture.

This is just plain disgusting money grabbing exercise.

There is just too much of this going on, suing for this suing for that, or taking your ex employers to court to demand stupid high compensation packages. (thank god in the last few weeks a woman was caught out lying yet again and got nothing.)

And what really gets me is people that sue for some ones death or misfortune , then use the money to go on a worlds cruise, and say "its what they would have wanted" ????? Hmm life or my  greedy family going on holiday ?? i know which one i would have wanted.

This is the greedy nature we now live in, people actually try and make a full time living from suing councils and others for anything and everything.

I,m fed up of being stopped in the street asking if i have had an accident,, last time i was stopped for this i told the bloke he was heading for a non accident with my foot up his arse.

I read that a woman tried to sue a private beach owner in the USA,,

go on try and guess for what reason, winner will get a t-shirt.
