The previous club president had given me the admin password and admin access to my account. While I have been able to do most things with this I now need to get into the control panel for the account and I seem to have the wrong password. I have tried everything I can think of with no luck. I have selected the forgotten password option and it says that it has sent an email but nothing has come to any of the email accounts that the club uses. It could be that he set it up with his personal email and now that we are out of touch it may be difficult to get anything more from him. So how can i find out the password to the control panel given these problems? thanks |

The procedure is to cross link this thread with one on your forum where you assert that you have the right to do this. When your members confirm this (give it 48 hours) return here and we will reset the password. |

We really need to see some established members confirming you have this right.
As it stands as you have admin rights, you could be deleting a load of denials, unlikely I know, but we have to take some care. |
