Owner Control Panel

Hi

Hope I'm in the right bit for this if not sorry in advance.

The problem I have [most likely of my own making] is I cant get into my Owners Control panel, it say's the password is invaild and I keep clicking the email password for my forum  button but have had no such emails at all, any advice would be gratfull even it is "you've killed it you idiot start another one"

  1. You must give the (myfree/myfast/myfine)forum.org link to your forum. A link should be given to the problem if at all possible. Do this whether you think it is important or not.
  2. Search on the forum and on howtodoit for your problem before posting. 90% of the posts we get have easily found answers if you search on a couple of key words from your post. If this is not the case report the keywords you searched on and we will make sure search works for the next person to try the same search terms. Each time someone doesn't bother to use the search, questions accumulate in the forum making it harder for people to actually find answers! as people searching will end up finding the question and not the answer.
  3. Keep it to one support question per thread, if you have another question start a new topic. This will help others using "search" to find answers.

Password  whatever you used to set up forum

If all else fails you have to email admin[at]myfreeforum.org with the details as you remember them.

I do note the control panel was accessed on June 30th and the password was changed, but changed to the same password

Ok, thanks will do that, I've cocked up somewhere in there and begining to wonder if my email address is right in there when I set it up which would also explain why I'm not getting password reminder email.

Thanks for you help will send email

The set up email will also be the boards admin email address unless you change it. So you can check that point for yourself.

Thought I'd better let you know, have sorted the problem myself, thanks for the help, the email I sent to Admin on the 11th asking for help as suggested can be ignored.
