I have a moderator and I would like them to have a special rank image.
Can you advise if this is possible and if so how.

You must give the (myfree/myfast/myfine)forum.org link to your forum. A link should be given to the problem if at all possible. Do this whether you think it is important or not.
Just add the special rank and image in ranks administration and then assign them that rank in their profile.
