admin (no pm's please)

making clear support callsI have to make them myself and I made one this morning which could have conveyed all relevent information with a sentence:
"useradmin, userlist, not working"
short simple and in the context of where I was asking for support potentially quite understandable.
But consider the guy answering.
"useradmin".... does he really mean the useradmin implied by the context? or one of the 2,3,4 other ways useradmin might be called? hmm already I'm losing confidence here
"userlist, not working"... what the heck does that mean, I can see a userlist and it is working
At every stage the person trying to answer is losing confidence in the process.
Obviously in reality I stated exactly where I was operating useradmin from, I stated that some bits that might be confused with what I was on about were working, and I clarified that "not working" meant that when you clicked the operation it started but never displayed.
So instead of typing one sentence I typed 3 or 4, but as a result what was being asked was clear and I helped avoid anyone making the mistake of seeing something working and misreading things.
It is basically what we want people asking here for support to do. Just take a little time to think through how someone will be reading a support request.
