Hello i have been running a PHPBB 3 my fast forum for about 2 months now
and i have it set now to where i want it,but for some reason Guests are Not
able to view my forums.

i have gone through the Admin control Panel and enabled Guests to be able
to see and view my forum but it gives them a message saying "This board has no forums".

I would truly appreciate any advice or help i could be given regarding this issue my phpbb3

I can only think you are not getting as far as saving the permissions in the admin panel

I have adjusted All Guest Permissions in the admin panel Forum based permissions,
Permission roles,and the Permission masks and i have saved all of the permissions
for Guests and it is still doing the same thing as before, is there something i am doing
wrong still ? because it says the permissions have been updated and saved but i still
am seeing the message "This board has no forums" and guests can't see anything
unless they Register on my forum board

Could it be a glitch with phpbb 3 regarding the Guest permissions not being able to
save the permissions

I am in as admin now on your forum, so far I'm stuck  

phpbb3 is horrible on the permissions front. This will I am sure be something silly, but there is so much there...

Well in:

admin/permissions/ user's forum permissions/select anonymous user/select forum/advanced permissions

you had got everything set to "no". In the genral [sic] forum I have allowed a couple of things and now it shows!

I know its hard, but you and your admins presumably did set this, I had to fly blind to find it.

I think i did see the Anonymous user but i wasn't really sure
what it did so i thought i had better leave it alone since i didn't really
know what it would do ,but maybe it was my other Admin so i will ask
him about it.
