Hey. It looks nice and you made it sound intriguing. I did take a look and I am very sure I will join, we have a small section like this on our forum, but this is much more expanse and I think our members would be interested in this. I think that your forum looks good. Just a few things as visiting I would think or did think of, without seeing your post, I would have not joined on these two reasons -
No forum descriptions. That I wouldn't know what it was for if I had not seen this post. I think that you need to add something like this in your header or main page. http://therainbowconnection.myfunforum.org If you go there, we made a welcome forum and are still working on this, that says what we are about etc. So when members join or we have guests that are clear what we are about. We try to put it in a few places. Also, I think that maybe making your Countries sub forums, just because the page is already long and if you keep adding Countries it will get longer. I have learned this from experience and this will put ppl off. I like your topics and forum names, they are simple, but they seem repetitive as in, if I didn't know what it was for, I would think why do they have the same thing over and over again. Please take this as positive feed back, because I think that your forum idea is great and would love to see it grow. I will definitely add your link to our forum. I think it is a great thing what you are doing. We do have lots more members than 6, we just haven't told them about our new forum yet, I'm not done with it. We have about 70+ members on our forum. Just wanted to give ya the heads up on that. So overall I'd give you big ratings. 
I do like that you try to seem to remain nuetral, and will not allow posts about terrorists. Have you read this on How To Do It?
