Hi there and appologies i know that most of the questions im going to ask most probably have been answered elsewhere but the reason for asking them is i have been asked to set up a forum for a model car club that i am a member of and i recommended this forum base due to its ease etc but those who are in charge have asked for confirmation of a few details and rather than me do a hack and copy of several topics i will ask here
1. We already own a domain name and the domain name is through Aplus.net is able to point to DNS so i take it that for the minimum donation or more depending on the committee lol that myff will be able to host this domain? Also will it host email addresses regeistered with this domainname eg. @ modelcarracingclub.com?
2. Going Ad free for the price given in the shop means that it is still a myff based forum and that you are still resposible for the updates etc ?
3.Myff gallery is that still with the 90 day limit on non viewed files and does that mean that if for a picture the thumbnail is not clicked on for 90 days it will be deleted or is just mean that if the thumbnail is not viewed as it would be in aforum post ?
thats all i can remember for now and apologies for the failure to use a search button but im sure you will understand the reasons and if this is in the wrong place again apologies .....

1. No donation needed any more. we have it sorted so you do the DNS work now. So a donation is redundant.
2. Ad free simple means ad free, we still do everything else.
3. Gallery files stay around for a very long time, currently they are not expiring at all. Certainly it will never be anywhere near as low as the stated 90 days. But all the same the gallery should not be viewed as permanent protected image storage.
