ok guys n girls.  i hope this has been put in the right place....


i am the admin/starter of postycruise.myfreeforum.org which has been going since november 07

ive now noticed that a bitter x-member has set up a new free forum called.....

postycruisecom.myfreeforum.org.  


our forum has over a 100 users and is dedicated to a local cruise and car shows and helps promote a racing driver / proffesional drifter.

there froum is a copy of ours and has been running for less time with only 7 users + 3 of which was the admin of ours checking it out so 10 in total. they have even used my user name on there forum to make it look like ours, and half of its memebrs are fake names set up buy 1 or 2 people..

  there forum is slander against our pro drifter and is seriously damaging his reputation and sponsors..



surely you guys must see what this is doing to our forum and there must be a way to delete there attemp to mimick us.    we are serious users on our forum and feel that a silly little game to some one has got to be stopped...


i hope there is a solution somewhere to this..   thank you from poohpants from postycruise.myfreeforum.org   ( the real poohpants ) lol

It would help your case if you left working links to the problem.

There is nothing stopping anyone copying a forum`s layout, but if they have copied your posts pics etc then this is different and can and will be acted on.

I have changed you title to a more suitable one,, a title of admin read asap does not really help us , as of course the Admin and mods will read it anyway.

yes they have used our pics.  one of the pics of our site is now used as their header image

taking into account that the green skyline actualy belongs to one of our admin/ our pro drifter   surely shows that its a plain to see rip off.  

lots of time was spent createing our website www.postycruise.co.uk which the forum link can be found.  and theres is clearly a rip of as they advertise there as www.postycruise.com which is a website for cruise ships lol

please see the unworth of there site and get rid so we can continue with ours as we want to see it grow, and will be paying to go add free very soon
