PortalsOn our forum, www.pensacolahomeimprovementforum.myfastforum.org it opens directly to the home page, which is fine. What I would like to happen, however, is once the forum link is clicked and one gets routed to the forum page, I would like to have the Main Menu portal located there with its links as well as the Popular Topics portal and its links. I have added those but they are only appearing on the inital home page. What am I doing wrong? (also, I just clicked on the link I am sending it is not routing to our forum but when I type it in to my address line it pops up immediatley. It looks right on here. Im not sure what happened. It was just changed www.pensacolacontractorforum.myfastforum.org)Thank You |

You would need to add the portal bits you want to overall_header.tpl.
The new name changed link seems to be working at: http://pensacolahomeimprovement.myfastforum.org/index.php That is the name your email asked for! |

I will add those as indicated, thank you adn yes. That is correct. that is what was asked for in the email. I will blame that one on my husband.  he sent the email. non the less, how difficult and whinny would I be to make another request to you to have the word "forum" added to the new URL? That is how our domain is listed. If so, I will send another email.

Would I add this to the top of the overall_header.tpl or the bottom and what would the portals bits be for the portals I am wanting or how do I determine what they are? thank you |

It is more complex than this, frankly I think you will need to learn a little html in order to be able to edit correctly. | ||
