It is not against the term and conditions to be a racist, it is however against the terms and conditions to run a racist or hate site, this is clearly not that.
If anything it is a bunch of stupid misinformed children talking about something they clearly do not understand. On the good side of it the admin and mods of the site, have let the thread run as there are others with a more mature attitude voicing their opinion as well. Saying all Muslims are terrorist is the same as saying all scousers are car thief's, all Irish are bombers all Americans Fat, it takes a very small minded person to think this. And for the informed happy Ramadan to you. |

But, it might not be against the rules to be racist- but its a criminal verbal offense to be racist. This should be dealt with. Also- on this forum you have to be over 13 years old to join or younger [with parents permission]. Swearing and or racism is not good for a kids site. |

It is not against the law to be a racist, however it is against the law to directly racist abuse to anyone (black , white ,Indian). As far as i can see all that is happening is misinformed children are generalising a certain race, it is upto the forum admin to deal with this and not ourself. The swearing and rest of stuff again is up to the admin and mods of the forum. But my question is simple you have made a break away forum for yourself, why then keep going back to drag things here, if you do not like the topics or the forum then please stay away form it. |

I see two reasons for smeemi posting it here:
1. to highlight tiny problems hoping that forums members see this and join his/hers instead hoping it's a nicer place. 2. A blatant attempt to push for that forums closure, to reduce the chance of competition. It's really getting a little tiresome seeing you post these threads here, when you've been told more than once to take tiny inner forum complaints up with it's admin, obviously jimi may not respond well to his en-flamed ego being stepped on, but a side request to Mike giving him the link to check out, could see that thread removed. |

The crying wolf syndrome only hits the reputation of the people making the complaints.
Once someone has such a reputation then anything they say will be seen as having an ulterior and destructive motive
