This is not the first time this person has lost other forums because of this .

Here are the issues :
Members on this site with the ok from admin are constanty attacking members from another forum (not a free forum ) and its getting to the point where the individuals are condisdering suing but not too sure about the legality of it all . This person is constantly harrasses by the admin and her members of the forum and her personal information is being revealed which can lead to repucusions since her father is a public figure I am going to provide links please understand some is written in trini dialect and may not make sense to you . These people including the admin are creating their own accounts with different names and harrasing people .

Also the members are sharing porn pictures of a local reporter that may actually sue for defamation. Theres a lot of cursing I know its not against your rules . The forum is an actaul knockoff of another forum and the admin of this forum constanaly barrages the members of the other forum to join hers I dont think a free forum should be used to be vindictive to people and defame them. These peopel have resorted to Hi as well as myspace the relevant people there have been notified and action is being taken

Since the forum is still there and the sillyness is still going on thats spreading lies about people then ,
At this time a defamation lawsuit is going to happen .
The individuals involved will be informed accordingly .

I am sorry you all don't see the harm being done as I had stated some of it in in dialect from trinidad & tobago ( broken english thats why u may not get it )and stuff said were really deragatory where the persons real name being mentioned also porn pics were being shared not there anymore but it happened .
