making the online time configurable will be in shortly.

and there is still quite a few things that are planned.

But we have been working on some more invisible things in the forum backend and are looking at new server hardware for the system and also trying to earn some of the money needed to subsidize the system! oh and the advance work on phpbb3 and did I mention some much needed upgrades to office computer systems, or even the really boring overhaul of company internal systems then again there is work being done adding specialist gallery systems to downsizer.net which may be a voluntary effort, but is not one that can be neglected (the gallery is based on the one here and the downsizer upgrades may find their way back here )

In short a lot is going on right now that makes adding complex stuff to the forums one plate too many to spin. We have in the last 18 months added more to our system than any other free forums system, but we have also kept things working, and stability counts for more than recklessly adding stuff regardless of having the time to do it in a proper consider fashion.

Believe me a lot of what admin does is remarkable. He has over 20 Templates to edit for each hack, mod, or whatever else and he does it all in about a day or two. Installing that is REALLY hard sometimes, and is always time consuming. I have been installing some of these for another site that I am on and they are hard. So, Admin I congratulate you and thank you for all that you give us.

Oh and I forgot to mention taking our company site off a 3rd party hosting company and on to our own servers, as our email has been mostly broken with them for way too long, and people kind of assume that this reflects the state of our own service Some business may well have been lost because of this
There is an object lesson their about the problems with hosting companies, even the best ones and we had many years of good service can go downhill if they fail to keep control.

One other directly paid staff member, but we do use a system where we pay for ongoing server support at the software level and "gold" support from Dell at the hardware level so the system in effect employs the resources of a lot more people 24/7.
