New Users Verification Number IncorrectAlot of my new users are having trouble registering. It is telling them that the validation code that is displayed in the registration box is incorrect. I registered a few accounts under different emails to see if I had this problem but everything worked for me. Is this is a common problem for some people or are my users really that dumb ?

It is not a common problem, especially on phpbb2 where we have tried to make the numbers simple.
Are they on any type of weird connection that might cache things oddly, the images are designated not to be cached and uniquely id'd as well, so it is very hard to see how it may go wrong.

I also have this problem sometimes with my users so have turned it off at the moment

I guess that may be the case the two reported cases I have had so far are 1 user who is loggin into the net from an inet cafe with pay time and the other is borrowing wireless from her neighbor but other than those two Ive no other reports of problems.
Ide like to leave it turned on for security more so an to avoid spam bots.
