Hey, On my forum which I have just started to make:

http://signupexchange.myfreeforum.org - is it possible for me to put in a bigger banner size? (When I have created it?)

I would like one that goes across the top of the page... not just a little logo in the corner.

I know how to change a logo, and make my own logo, however I am just asking,  is it possible to put a bigger one in, which is longer?


Please let me know, and if I need to change any settings or anything to do this?

The key to managing your forum is to stay within the limits of your knowledge, or expand your knowledge.

If you aren't prepared to do a bit of reading up that is fine, then your best line would be to either change the logo the easy way, or find a template that already has a logo the same size as what you want.

This question you ask has been asked several times and answered, have you tried a search on here? On howtodoit?  If you have and haven't been successful, post up the keywords you have used and we can help you find it more quickly

If you use as you should the editor user to make changes you can see the effect of what you do.

Since all templates are different no one can give definitive answers to questions like these, you have to some degree to carefully try, to learn some html so you actually can read what you are doing, and you have to actually read the answers on here so that you are not just applying them by rote, but actually understand the answers.

If you edit a spare template with "editor" you cannot really break your forum, you can only end up learning.
