This field is only viewable by administrators and moderators, regular members cannot see your IP address. Also why would you want to remove it? Unless you're doing illegal things I see no reason for it. | ||

ah!!! didnt realise that but just logged out and seen that it does not appear. Nope its not for illegal things. Its for users to be able to post in confidence. some of the subjects may be a bit delicate. If they become too delicate then it will have to be a private forum. and no its not adult stuff before you ask. cheers the gaffer |
