I let 22_22 be admin for 5 minutes and deleted two templates which took me about 1 week each to make because he couldn't take those two templates.

I think it's best to not admin anybody that you wouldn't trust 100%.  Someone you just met is not likely to be the best candidate for admin for your forum.
