Just a simple question I hope... I was just wondering about this. How long is indefinately? How do you know what files are in "disuse". Like, say an image is uploaded, posted and that thread is still getting views within "90 days". Will it remain on the gallery server? or how does this work? I'm not so worried as it's not like anything is important on there it's just I don't like the idea of many many posts having errors in them after afew months like I see on many, many forums these days that use photobucket and don't login every 90 days  My users and me find using the gallery more efficient, since we are based off video game servers and things many people post screenshots.
As I said, I just don't want hundred's of missing photo's in months time for newer user's to look at and not know what was talked about. Thanks again. |

We can track what files are being viewed. In practical terms files are on the system for years viewed or not. We just can't give guarantees on retention times. | ||
