Ok all im in the process of making yet another forum CXP (Customize XP ) in otherwords customizing all parts of windows xp , eg, themes,sounds,desktops plug ins, add ons etc...

the link is www.cxp.myfineforum.org within the next couple of weeks items will be added, templates will be changed and more posts will get made

so all im here for is to try and get members to join and be active so what do you all think have you ever tried OS customization? if not why not? and if you want to, then come along and click the link, join up and start customizing

this is what you can expect to acheve from the very begining



so i look foreward to seeing some of you join up and get customizing

ok cxp is now up and running with a new template and im in the process of getting some art ( sig,banner,logo and ever a site mascot) made so come along and join up if you wanna know how to customize your os

so are there any opinions about cxp or not anyting i should add or remove from it etc any really well fired way to get the members rolling in or should i just sit back and relax and let itself work on its own??

I'm not sure whatn you can do, i guess there are a few categories that could be merged into one another and a banner would be a nice thing to have.

You will need to make some posts and even add examples of what people can do, this way your making the forum interesting.

A forum will not work on its own many people think it does and for a while it might but then it will become inactive inless you have a good fan base already that is, so make some posts in every topic if you can and start link exchanging with people.

If this is your only forum place its link in your signature on here, it will be easier for you to get help when needed.

Ok cheers for the advise Roy but my first forum?? LOL no this is my forth i have two others that might as well be shut down and removed from the server becuase thier inactive with only a few inactive members i have a car forum called petrolheads and now cxp forum but hopefully cxp will get up and running with a good amount of active members
