firstly i de like to wish everyone here a happy new year!
now ille get to the point,i could do with some advice,what should be done with regards to posts and or photo's that are on a forum that i no longer am a member of,i dont want my pictures being used by any forum i am no longer associated with,ime not wishing to cause any tit for tat nonsence.

If you post on a forum you give implicit usage rights. You cannot retract that.
You do retain copyright, e.g. no one can take your posts and use them outside of the implied allowed usage you made by posting.
