Oh, but this is the error I get;

and have you copied the SHOP portal to Addons (which is going against the suggestion that portals be upper case) and have you edited the portal in the template editor which is needed to create it anyway?

As suspected when I edited the cms_addons.tpl file in your admin panel and hit submit the problem went away, you had never created the template file.
