Don't know why I have not this before really, but I guess we have always tried to avoid going off at a tangent from standard phpbb2.

Anyhow, when in the admin panel, you will now see the raw html in forum descriptions, and editing forum descriptions will use a function to make the system deal with the html without some of the issues that have arisen.

This should remove the potential to screw up forums management with bad html entries.
