Merge topics utility added

Will let you merge two topics. You have to enter the topics IDs which are the numbers in the topic link.

I see my mistake ok who has access to this is it just admin`s or mods aswell.?

Just for infos sake this is actually quite cut down on the posted merge hack, as some of the features did not seem to work. As I see it though this is a rare thing to want to do and keeping it simple is safest.

is this for admin`s only or mods aswell.

If you have modding rights for the topics you should be able to do it.

you split it, then you merge it
