You have made over 150 support forum posts, and only 18 posts on your actual forum

It needs a lot more than just to slpa a code in the header, for a start you would have to upload each image each.js file etc , you did not tell us that you needed to download something first ??
All in all it could be done , but ask yourself one serious question.
Why are you doing all these fancy extras when you have less than 20 posts on a forum ??? it is posts and quality posts alone that make a good forum, to many fancy extras and spam posts are not good for a forum .

I have to agree with Admin and Symon here...
Your forum idea is excellent, and one I certainly would be up for joining, with loads of great recipes, helpful advice to an amateur and tips and tricks it would be a great forum to be a part of.
If you had put the time and effort into adding the 'bells and whistles' into actual forum content, your forum would be probably one of the fastest growing forums around.
As it is, I wouldn't really be interested in joining (*yet*) as there isn't enough content and the bells and whistles actually put me off a bit because I am comfortable with how forums work, I know how to get to where I want to be at etc etc etc. This is just a personal preference, it may be that I am in the minority though I don't think so.
Don't give up, keep up the excellent work, just direct it in a more fruitful way for yourself

this is all part of making my forum more popular. It is so I can take pictures of my recipes and make it so when they click on the picture it shows up bigger. Please tell me how to do this and I will start posting my recipes, etc.

It has been explained that you need a javascript person to write the things you want.
We can and have helped you a lot. But we are not a free programming resource. You can't bung a load of complex javascript on your site that neither you nor we know about and say "make it work and do what i want from it".

If that is the case why go for something complex (to a novice anyway)
Simple answer is have a large image, then save take a copy and shrink that copy.
Now upload the big image to your forum and remember the link (save it) now delete that link form the thread, and upload the small image.
you will see a code like
| Code: | | |
Now on the url bit just change the path to that of the image you saved earlier.
final outcome
