LATEST componentThis is used with the template file cms_latest.tpl to show the latest posts.
paramters are:
show_title=1 - show the title
title=Forum Articles - the title
filter=ALL - ALL or PORTAL
count=10 - show 10 topics

I've noticed that the filter option doesn't do anything, or I must be blind, also when one of the links is clicked at the end of the address it shows &highlight=
