Is there a portal which allows you to make a restricted section, so only people with a certain amount of posts can use it?
I have already used the moderation portal to great advantage i.e. restricting posts needed to post links, which has stopped people who only want to post links doing so. I think that a component such as this would be very helpful, and of course, i fully understand that it may not even be possible.

Set the area to private then you as Admin would allow them into said area.
