Hi guys. I have a slight imageset problem. I have copied 4 templates that i wish to use. All seems ok weith one exception, and that is template number 4. It seems the imageset won't copy proparly and half the graphics are not showing. I've tried deleting the template and recopying the style, nothing. I've tried copying other styles, still wrong. I've tried refreshing the imageset several times but the graphics are still wrong. I wonder if you could help me with this. The other 3 templates are fine it's just number 4. The style i'm trying to copy is: 'Mergenine: WoW Horde BB3'.

I don't know what you mean by "wrong".

Given that this may be a caching issue, you need to be a lot more explicit.

e.g. talk about a single image for clarity. give links, screenshots and image properties.

I appologise, that's me being in a rush again and not thinking before typing. Right here we go then. As you can see from the 2 images, the first one shows what the template should look like and the second shows whats missing, ie, logo, folder icons etc!.

Although i'm using Firefox i get the same problem in IE as well. As i said b4 all the other templates are fine it just seems to happen when i copy something to number 4. I hope this gives a little more info.

But since the forum is not set to the so called broken template, we cannot see the issue, and screenshots are not links or image properties which were asked for.

All you have done is confirm that you are not blind, but you have left us totally in the dark.

you have now succeeded in showing us that we can also see the issue.

But we see or rather do not see a missing image, you have a case where you can see that image, but you do not tell us the properties of the image.

My appologises for taking so long in replying only my 9mth old grandson was rushed in to hospital 2 nights ago and fortunately he's on the mend now. He had very bad Bronchilitus and coldn't breathe proparly. Anyway back to the issue. I'm not quite sure what you mean by image properties. The images that i have missing on my template, danglyendchronicles.myfastforum.org4, are the icons on the index page and topic page that tell you wether you have new posts or not. I treied changing the template to another one but got the same results, no folder icons. Sorry to appear so thick.

I don't know wether it's to do with the same thing or not but i've noticed if i go to Styles or styles/templates or theme or imageset, and i try to delete a style that is no longer needed or used it tells me 'only copied styles can be deleted'. I thought maybe the number of styles i have inatalled that are not needed in some interfered with the regular ones. If not how do i delete them?

When you right click on an image you should have an option which will tell you about the image.

I think i've sussed it out. It appears as though the file responsible for remembering which icon files are to be used, has been forgotten. Because if i go to imageset and select the forum icon or forum unread icon or forum read icon there is no image set. However i can go in and set the required image myself and it seems to remember it. Is that understandable?

I exported a copy of the imageset from the original to my harddrive in zip form. I then printed out the image.cfg file which list the imageset information. i can now setr the images with this. But the question springs to mind will i have to do this everytime i want a different template?

makes sense, but I see no such issue when I copy that style.
