yes, except the hacker took away my acp access so i cannot delete members or posts. |

You should be able to use the control panel to restore access:

I don't see how that is possible... far as I know the forum starter is founder status and cannot be removed, unless that is phpbb3 only.
But after a little look... I see this: Angie Site Admin So the account "angie" currently is admin. But with arguments on the site about hackers... I think this might be a fake attack. |
