I need help with PortalsCan someone explain to me what they are and how they work and how you use them? I seem to be lost....
At the very least give me a link to the thread that explains them...

At the very least if you had followed the posting checklist then you could have found the answer yourself.

3. Keep it to one support question per thread, if you have another question start a new topic. This will help others using "search" to find answers.

Honestly, who the hell reads useless crap at the header and footer of the page that isnt indicated as important? Suggestion- Make it a different color then the rest of the text on the page or maybe just bold it.
Oh and, the howtodoit didnt help much at all. Neither did the search, seeing as most of the results were only of you rudely telling people to use the search, which returns useless posts.

There is a section on HOWTODOIT called Portals which explains what they are and how to put them on your site.
