I just installed Fire Fox on my computer! :)I just installed Fire Fox two days ago and have a few thungs ti say about it:
Negative
- It is slower than IE
- The window sometimes closes itself!(I don;t know why it does that, but it happens semi-often)
-
[/Positive
- Customization-I love how you can customize Fire Fox to work around your personal needs and interests.
- Tabbed browsing-gotta love the tabbed browsing
Has anyone installed any custom theme? After installing a few different themes I decided that the default theme was the best-lean, clean, easy to navigate, etc.

I just about always find the default theme on anything the best. So have not bothered to look at other themes.
Surprised you find it slower than ie, but then I have a few speed tweaks installed

installed a themeI actually installed the a theme called.. Outlook 2003 Green which matches my MS Outlook it's a very clean theme. The default is fine though. Personalyl I looked at a couple of other themes and didn't care for them.
The only problem I have seen is that occasionally when loading a page that has a full-page ad, firefox completely blocks the whole page. but that doesn't happen often.

I just delted Fire Fox this morning because of its slowness. It was a shame, because I really did like all of its features, but it was too slow. Yesterday, according to Faster Fox it took 400 seconds to load a page! Although that wasn;t typical, it still was too slow for my tastes. IE for me takes less than two secs.. I may consider downloading it in the future.

This one has am Intel Celeron processor, 897 mhz, 128 MB or RAM, and I am only using 12% of my available disk space. I just got Internet access on it a few days ago, and things seem to be running smoothly with IE,and if I remember correctly things were OK with Fire Fox for a while, and then it just got slower?? Maybe it was the add-ons after all.

You need 512mb in an XP system for things to run well.

Yes, you can survive but only just! You MUST get more as soon as the bank manager says yes

during the 400 seconds it took for the page to load, did you not think about about hitting the refresh button?
