Scroll down. You'll see that the link to "Yiffy.net" is a Roleplaying forum for 'sexual acts' between Anthro-creatures.
You will also see "Furry-Furry ADULT-BBS" forum link to an adult forum with naked men and Roleplaying sexual acts as well. http://zfurry.myfastforum.org/forum6.php You will also see that "Furry in the Bedroom" topic had questions like: "What do you guys think of mating while the femme's in heat...? Is this gross, non-sanitary, or perfectly normal? I'm just asking because I wasn't sure whether couples did or not. To me all harmless fun and the admin of the forum even states
So an out and out sex site it is not, i see no links for any sex site the link to Yiffy.net is just a link the original website. This really in my honest opinion is where common sense comes in to play, a forum which wants to discussion sexual things but have fun using virtual rabbits is harmless, i have seen a lot worse sites that are made for teens discussing a lot more adult contents. If you have any link links to outright porn or where that have posted links to porn sites then please do post them But as always Admin will have the final saying. |

Yes indeed our rules are about common sense, people are entitled to discuss adult things, but outright porn sites are not allowed.
Obviously this is subject to a lot of grey areas, but when I see a complaint I do wonder why someone is making it? Do they have an argument with the forum in general? |

I understand it's all 'virtual' sex; however, that doesn't fix the fact they're talking about sexual content on an under-age forum.
However, Pornographic material can be taken in text form and picture form. Anything that creates an image - but that's picking out details... It is for you to decide how detailed you will allow it. Although, http://www.furry-furry.com/ is a link set on the bottom of this page and if you click that link, I warn you, there is a person in a fox costume with his penis hanging out (however blocked at the entry page). If you enter that site, sign up, and go to the "Gallery" forum, you will see that fox with his penis hanging out, servicing himself... which is all disgusting, but to each of their own.
I can say I don't have sex with under-age kids on a intro page... And then have you press "Enter" and see me having sex with underage children right there and because I said I wasn't, that I am actually not. "Don't judge a book by its cover" To the Admin: It does not matter if someone is against the owner of the forum, all that matters are the ToS rules. I personally do not know the owner, if you may want to know, but it doesn't change the fact that there are rules broken.

I still se no links to out and out porn sites the link you give is to another forum. It is not a porn site.
Why anyone would go on there sign up look and things just to make a complaint is beyond me. I can not see how this forum has broken any rules
This is a forum not to all tastes i agree, however in my opinion I can not see how this forum has broken any rules. The simple rule is if you dont like a forum and fin it and its contents not to your liking you simply would not vist it again, yes you would bring it to the attention of the Admin to which you have done. Again Admin has the final say. |

If you login to the other linked forum, you can click Gallery. There is a picture of a guy in a fox-suit with his penis hanging out. You are able to download that and watch him service himself.
If you do not believe me, and do not want to check the site itself, then I can post the video for you here. Also, the same forum links off to another site that you can purchase sex-toys. The Child Online Protection Act can clear things up a little more. Though, if your forums don't mind it then that's fine - I was just stating my concern and attempting to help 'free forums' out. I apologize as this is not the original name I post under, as it's been a while since I've last returned a site like this. |

So you have viewed said video and even have a copy of it on your computer but yet you are complaining about it??? And the child protection act states harmful material sex toys can not be classed as this can they ?? and the fact the site you go on so much Carry's a warning then it can not be held under such acts as it clearly gives a warning. Also its a very grey area as we are based in the UK but the server is in the U.S and contrary to popular belief us law doesn't govern the UK Now your complaint has been noted and i,m going to lock this thread until Admin sees it again . But i will end on one note, it seems very very strange how you make so much fuss over it but yet you have download the video, and have joined up to the forum as well as the website. I am in no way being 'attacking', so please do not take my posts as if I am upset over what we're discussing. I am an adult and can speak like one. I do not have the video, but I said if you want it, I can easily download it and give it to you. My child was exposed to this forum. He is 14, so he was in the rights to look at his forum and I am perfectly fine he's got an imagination; however, when I see a site down there that my child can click, make a username and look at sex-toys, sexual art and videos of a guy in a costume servicing himself, then I am concerned. I am sorry if I had made this troublesome. I am only looking after what my child can get into - Lucky for me I do keep an eye on what my child looks at. |

Hello, I am the administrator for the board in question.
It is true, I do provide a link to sites with links to what can be considered "pornographic" material, but I have put warnings up in the "adult" areas of my forums, and as well, when you visit the two sites I have linked at the bottom of the page, they BOTH have warning that there is adult material, and you have to agree to their terms and conditions. I myself, as well as others, do not view most of the content at "pornographic", though some use it in the same manner. I, as well as others (again), love the artwork, especially when it comes from one of the basic members. And yes, most are nude, and some even are in sexual situations, but that seems to be the nature of most "furry's" and their art (I slightly consider myself one as well, and obviously your child probably does as well). And if I come off at all as being harsh or over-defensive, I apologize. I have been having trouble a lot lately with someone using an automated program to get into my forum and post links to porn and viruses, which I am dealing with promptly. As well, I am having personal problems with muggings lately and tons of homework due for finals coming in within these next two weeks. Oh, and if there is someone with grotesque nudity in their avatar or signature, then I will deal with them personally, since one of our rules is the ban of any images directly on the site, the avatars, or signatures, that show genitals. We do however, allow them to post links to such pictures, since again, we see them in the way that they are art and to be taken in such a way, since we also do not allow ANY real-life pictures with ANY form of nudity, links or direct postings. If you have any other issues, I am glad to discuss them with you here, thought I may take time to answer because, again, I have finals these two coming weeks and am quite busy. |
