That's stupid.Don't they ever learn?Their site gets suspended for copying posts,then they're doing it again! Isn't there some sort of way you can stop people from making forums if they get suspended one too many times?

awww. I was just posting a message  then suddeny the forum went green and pink.
you mean "Ben", "Itunesbabe", "Robin", "joey" and the rest were fake accounts made by nadeem? 
(I think this forum was genuine Mike, and Nadeem may have had nothing to do with it  )
But I did notice that someone claimed to have "SPAMed" your one, blatently in the "advertising" section. 
then again, if it is nadeem, congrats on another Nadeem Forum Slaying!

This is my forum, I didn't copy yours mike, our forum is genuine apart from somebody tried to be Yxz.
My last forum kept freezing but is still running, (Only as a link to the new 1). I don't know why I am banned though I have done nothing wrong! |

Admin, thats was ben pretending to be yxz when I made her admin probaly,
I done my codes and rules myself and itunesbabe and adam made all the other things up together., I can't help if they are set out the same as it is a swapitshop site so not going to be about barbie! If it gets back and running I will PM and/or email ben telling her she is banned for copying you Mike Please though I didn't even base my on yours so please let me have my forum back

Yes.It's *your* responsibility what goes on on your forum.It's your job to make sure everything's running smoothly on your site.Even if someone's doing something like breaching the terms and conditions on your forum,it'll still be your fault. |

It appears to be claimed that the copyrighted postings were not made by forum admins/owners? If that is the case and there is a commitment not to abuse copyright, then the forum can be reinstated. |

Absolutely correct!  Just like I said in an earlier post of mine.It's the admin/owner's responsibility.They can't go pinning the blame on other people being "post thieves" and expect to get pity if their forum was suspended.That's like a parent saying it's not their fault for something bad their child has done.

What goes on on your forum is your responsibility as you select your fellow admins, and you have mislead by saying:

It has been restored, we do not enjoy suspending forums and will forgive honest mistakes, but the serial copying of Mikes forum is getting boring, and the one sure way to turn a situation into one where the forum is likely not be allowed back is to bullshit about what has happened! | ||||||||||
