They have been using the mass email innapropriatly.

I dont check this email address much as its always full of junk (thats why i created a new one) but I checked it this morning and I have these messages in my inbox from the Swapitshop Forum.



in one day they sent me 3 messages in which 2 of them had the same content,
and two of the other days they sent me two messages each day.

I have nothing against Swapitshop Forum, I just think that 3 mass emails in one day does seem a bit to much.

Maybe they are overdoing the mass emails, but have you tried to raise it with them as an annoyance? have you considered whether half a dozen or so emails too close together really is a SERIOUS complaint?

All you are doing is sniping at a forum without presenting anything we can reasonably be expected to act on. Yes there is a T&C against frequent spam emails, but it is there to deal with people really abusing the system, not something as trivial as this. Especially when we have made it utterly clear that we are fed up with this sort of silly complaint.
